Redesigning apple.com/careers⤻ began as a simple refresh but became one of the most rewarding projects of my career. Tasked with increasing job applications while humanizing one of the world’s most secretive companies, I led the art direction for photography and video in a massive cross-functional effort. I spearheaded the production of over 60 striking global portraits and a dozen unscripted, docu-style videos—featuring real Apple employees in authentic environments. From casting and scouting to narrative development, visual style, and final delivery, we built a highly responsive site optimized for every device and orientation, including dynamic employee carousels and Q&A profiles. Despite tight timelines, secrecy constraints, and complex logistics, the result was a radically more human and engaging careers experience—and a significant spike in applications within the first year.
