The redesign of Apple's Careers site is one of the most rewarding projects of my career. Tasked with increasing job applications, I led production and art direction for photography and video across a massive, cross-functional effort.

I spearheaded the creation of over 60 striking portraits and a dozen unscripted, docu-style videos, all featuring real Apple employees in their authentic environments. I worked on casting, scouting, narrative development, visual style, and final delivery, culminating in a highly responsive site optimized for every device and orientation. Despite tight timelines, secrecy constraints, and complex logistics, the result was a radically more human and engaging careers experience, leading to a significant spike in applications after its launch.
