Apple’s Machine Learning Summit is an annual event held at the Steve Jobs Theater, where it shares its latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. I served as one of the keynote designers and its photography media lead for the 2025 event.
Designing for Apple is uniquely demanding, as the bar for clarity, craft, and precision is exceptionally high. Every visual, transition, and detail must feel intentional and refined. My role required close collaboration with some of the brightest minds in the field, working directly with engineering and research teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, elegant visuals that aligned with Apple’s design language, without oversimplifying the underlying science. This meant balancing storytelling and precision, ensuring that every slide, visual, and animation supported both comprehension and aesthetics. The result was a set of keynote materials that met Apple’s presentation standards while making advanced ML and AI concepts accessible to a broad audience.
