I directed animated explainer videos for Pinterest to help global employees better understand how their compensation is determined. Designed to be clear, friendly, and engaging, the videos break down key concepts like base salary, equity, merit increases, and job leveling. The goal was to build employee confidence by showing how Pinterest’s compensation philosophy is rooted in fairness—regardless of function, gender, ethnicity, or age. Through concise storytelling and a thoughtful visual approach, the videos helped demystify internal processes and reinforce the company’s commitment to transparency and equity in pay.
