To help Pinterest employees stay connected to the company’s many support programs during a time of remote work and uncertainty, I developed a campaign focused on appreciation and care. The initiative included a dedicated web page, care packages, Slack posts, videos, and internal assets—all delivered in a warm, conversational tone. Given the challenges of an in-person production, I led with an illustrative approach that was both playful and pandemic-aware, allowing creating engaging visuals safely. The campaign resonated deeply with employees, earning enthusiastic feedback and making a real impact on their sense of connection and well-being.
